ecoprime has entered into contracts for the construction (EPC) and operation and maintenance (O&M) of three PV plants located in the Province of Udine and Ferrara for a total of approximately 27.5 MW.
The property, Seven Seas S.r.l., an SPV owned by William West S.r.l., obtained the green loan on a project finance basis by Unicredit for the construction and operation of the three PV plants in Northern Italy, successful tenderer of GSE auctions.
Part of the funds granted to Seven Seas were made available by the European Investment Bank.
ecoprime took part in the negotiation of EPC and O&M contracts for the PV plants, through its in-house lawyers.
